Terms & Conditions
Welcome to AI Prescription Management ("Platform", "Service", "we", "our", or "us"), operated by Libernest Technologies Pvt. Ltd.
By creating an account, accessing, or using the Platform, you ("User", "Doctor", "Clinic", "Healthcare Provider") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws of India.
1. Service Description
AI Prescription Management is a software platform that assists healthcare providers in:
- Digitizing handwritten and electronic prescriptions.
- Managing patient records.
- Generating AI-assisted clinical notes.
- Maintaining patient history and timelines.
- Managing follow-up reminders.
- Generating preventive care recommendations.
- Facilitating secure document storage and sharing.
The Platform is intended solely as an assistive technology and is not a substitute for professional medical judgment.
2. Eligibility
You represent and warrant that:
- You are at least 18 years of age.
- You are legally authorized to provide healthcare services in India.
- Information provided during registration is accurate and complete.
- You possess all licenses and registrations required under applicable laws.
3. Medical Disclaimer
THE PLATFORM DOES NOT PRACTICE MEDICINE.
AI-generated outputs, including but not limited to clinical notes, OCR extraction, follow-up recommendations, preventive care suggestions, patient summaries, and timeline generation, are provided for informational and administrative assistance only.
Healthcare providers remain solely responsible for diagnoses, treatment decisions, prescriptions, follow-up recommendations, clinical interpretation, and compliance with applicable medical regulations.
AI Prescription Management shall not be liable for any medical decisions made by healthcare providers.
4. Patient Data Ownership
Healthcare providers retain ownership of patient records uploaded to the Platform.
Patients retain all rights granted under applicable Indian laws regarding their personal data.
The Platform acts as a data processor and service provider for healthcare data processed on behalf of registered clinics.
5. Consent Requirements
Users agree that they shall:
- Obtain all necessary patient consents before uploading patient information.
- Inform patients regarding the use of digital systems and AI-assisted processing.
- Comply with applicable healthcare regulations and privacy requirements.
Where required, users shall maintain records of patient consent.
6. Acceptable Use
Users shall not upload unlawful content, malicious software, use the platform for fraudulent activities, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer the platform, share access credentials, or use the platform in violation of applicable laws.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
7. AI Limitations
Users acknowledge that:
- AI may produce inaccurate or incomplete results.
- OCR of handwritten prescriptions may contain errors.
- Recommendations may not be clinically appropriate in all circumstances.
- Human review is always required.
No AI output should be relied upon without appropriate professional verification.
8. Availability
We aim to maintain high service availability; however, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Services may be unavailable due to maintenance, network failures, third-party service outages, or force majeure events.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Libernest Technologies Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for medical malpractice claims, incorrect diagnoses, loss of profits, loss of patient data resulting from user actions, service interruptions, or indirect/consequential damages.
Our aggregate liability shall not exceed the fees paid by the User during the preceding twelve (12) months.
10. Intellectual Property
All software, trademarks, logos, and associated intellectual property remain the property of Libernest Technologies Pvt. Ltd. Users retain ownership of their uploaded content.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms, non-payment, suspected unlawful activity, or to comply with legal obligations. Users may request account deletion at any time.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Courts located in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
Privacy Policy
AI Prescription Management is committed to protecting the privacy and security of healthcare information.
1. Information We Collect
We may collect:
- Account Information: Name, Email, Phone Number, Clinic Information, and Professional Details.
- Patient Information: Patient Name, Phone Number, Age, Gender, Medical History, Prescriptions, Lab Reports, and Clinical Notes.
- Technical Information: IP Address, Browser Information, Device Information, and Usage Logs.
2. Purpose of Processing
We process information for:
- Providing services.
- Maintaining patient records.
- Generating AI-assisted outputs.
- Improving service quality.
- Security monitoring.
- Compliance with legal obligations.
3. AI Processing Disclosure
Users acknowledge that uploaded documents may be processed by OCR engines, AI models, and automated analysis systems. Where third-party AI services are utilized, commercially reasonable safeguards shall be implemented.
4. Data Storage
Data may be stored on cloud infrastructure located in India or other jurisdictions permitted by applicable law, using encrypted storage mechanisms, and subject to backup and disaster recovery procedures.
5. Data Sharing
We do not sell personal data. Data may be shared only:
- With patient consent.
- With authorized healthcare providers.
- With service providers acting under confidentiality obligations.
- Where required by law.
6. Security Measures
We implement reasonable safeguards, including encryption in transit, encryption at rest, access controls, audit logging, role-based permissions, and multi-factor authentication (where applicable). However, no system can guarantee absolute security.
Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP)
In accordance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, users are informed that personal data is collected only for lawful purposes, processing is limited to stated purposes, reasonable security safeguards are implemented, and data is retained only as long as necessary. Users may request correction or deletion of data where permitted by law.
Rights of Data Principals
Patients and users may:
- Access their personal data.
- Request correction.
- Request deletion.
- Withdraw consent.
- Nominate another person to exercise rights under applicable law.
- Lodge grievances.

Data Retention
Data shall be retained as required by law, as necessary to provide services, and until deletion is requested and permitted. Certain records may be retained where legally required.
Children's Data
The Platform is not intended for individuals under 18 years of age. Healthcare providers are responsible for obtaining appropriate consent when uploading information relating to minors.
Cross-Border Transfers
Where permitted under applicable laws, data may be transferred to jurisdictions approved by the Government of India and subject to appropriate safeguards.

Future Integrations
The Platform may support ABDM, labs, pharmacies, wearables, and third-party EMRs. Such integrations shall be subject to additional user consent and applicable laws.
Consent
By checking the acceptance box during registration, you acknowledge and agree that you have read and understood the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy. You consent to the processing of your personal information and confirm that you will obtain all required patient consents before using the Platform. You understand that AI-generated outputs are assistive in nature and do not constitute medical advice.
